My daughter used this steam cleaner on the grout on the kitchen floor. She said it really cleaned it well. She was going to go over it again for more effectiveness. It was also used on the bathtub and did a really good job.

if i'd known that it was refurbished, i wouldn't have spent so much money on it. however, it did do the job. you have to wait for it to heat up for about 8 minutes in the beginning, then it shoots steam for only 1 minute, then it has to heat up again.
